24 May to 1 Jun 1990, on my own. Met Alan (64 yrs) & Ken (72 yrs). Long drive via Glencoe. Mamores,
Ring of Steall (strained calf), camped in Glen Nevis. Walk into Coire Ardair to cliffs of Creag Meagaidh
Trip to Mallaig with Tony & Allison from Birmingham. Long drive north to Applecross & Torridon. Bivvied
on Loch Duich's shore. Glen Sheil, Five Sisters with Ken (72) & Al (64). Incredibly bad stomach! Brochs of
Glenelg (Pictish forts), Urquhart Castle on shore of Loch Ness, camped in Glen Shiel. Headed south early
