Panoramics used to be a challenge, taping prints together and hoping for a reasonable overlap and exposure. The digital age has made life so much easier. Whether it's views from mountain tops or the back of your garden, think wide!

Skiing!

I got into skiing rather later than I would have liked, looking back .... I cut my teeth on Bristol Mountain (which is neither near Bristol, UK, nor is it a mountain! It's near Rochester, NY, USA) then ventured to the Alps. There's some cross-country skiing images, too ... a totally different experience!

Thanks to Bill & Rob, without them I'd still be falling over.

The Great Outdoors

Ah! The Great Outdoors! Can't live there (and make a living), can't live away from it. The least we can do is explore its unending beauty and diversity.

This is very much an ongoing album … adding trips from long-ago days, hoping for new ones to come along. When the girls are older, we shall re-discover The Lakes, Wales and Scotland …
